AGREEMENT FOR USING THE SERVICES OF WEBGENETICS™

BY USING TQISOFT'S WEBGENETICS™, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, SIMPLY DO NOT SUBMIT ANY QUERIES TO WEBGENETCS™.

TQiSoft will not claim ownership of anything coming out of your using Webgenetics™. For example, if you discover a new tRNA gene from a seqeunce using the tRNA scan tool at Webgenetics™, you are the owner of the discovery. (But we appreciate it if you cite Webgenetics™ in your publication.) However, title and related rights in the content accessed through Webgenetics™ are the properties of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable laws. Using Webgenetics™ grants you no rights to the ownership of such content. For example, you may retrieve a sequence through Webgenetics™ from some database. This sequence may be protected by a copyright or even a patent. Your use of the seqeunce will be controlled by applicable laws.

Tools and services at Webgenetics™ are supplied with the good faith that they may be useful to their users, but without warranty of any kind whatsoever, including without limitation the warranties of performance, merchantability or fitness for any purposes and non-infringement. In no event will TQiSoft be liable to you for any damages arising from your use of Webgenetics™, including any lost profits, lost time, lost savings, or other incidental or consequential damages, even if TQiSoft has been informed of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by another party. The entire risk is borne by you. It is your sole responsibility either to accept or reject or pass to others whatever you may obtain from Webgenetics™.

HIGH RISK APPLICATIONS

Data obtained from Webgenetics™ are not proven error-free and are intended for scientific experiments or developmental researches only, not for any other applications including but not limited to medical applications or other processes that involve human health or environmental safety (HIGH RISK APPLICATIONS). TQiSoft specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness of any data obtained from Webgenetics™ for HIGH RISK APPLICATIONS.

AMENDMENT OF TERMS

TQiSoft reserves the right to amend the terms of the agreement without prior notice. A current copy of the agreement is accessible through the Webgenetics™ home page with the date of last amendment indicated.
